Opening Two Or Multiple Pages From One Hyperlink

Once in ever you may think that is it possible to open one or more pages from just a single click? And if you have only basic knowledge on HTML and web programming you may get confused right here. Opening more than multiple pages from just a single click might be very useful especially when you want to show two different information pages about a link.

We can get a hyperlink to open more than two pages via several methods. One of them might be creating a link to a page that will open a pop-up window from it. But this may not sound practical as most of the browser have pop-up blocker enabled in it. Using pop-up cannot be good idea to open multiple pages.

Another best method can be using iframes. Iframes enables us to add two or more different pages to a single page. We can create a single page with two iframes in it and hence can add two different pages in it. Again, this idea becomes flop because; the iframes are not commonly used. Plus, it adds confusion to the visitor because of multiple information in a single page.

If you have been trying to open two pages using hyperlink and searching around the web but unable to find then you are here at right place.

I am going to teach you how you can accomplish this by just a single careful and tricky step.

We all know JavaScript, it can do lots of magic that html cannot do. If you are déjà vu at JavaScripting then you I hope you started getting hint.

Yes, we’ll be using OnClick method and window.open() function.

The default code to open a link from html is:
Onclick=”window.open(‘http://www.google.com’)”
The above code is a JavaScript code that will open Google HomePage. This is a basic code for hyperlinking using javascript.

Now let’s see at the HTML version of hyperlinking:
<a href=”http://www.google.com”>Page link</a>
We all know what that does.

Now when we add onclick parameter to the above HTML hyperlink then we can do any JavaScript magic we want.

See the example below to know what I mean exactly.

 <a href=”http://www.example.com” onclick=”window.open(‘http://www.google.com’);”>Page link </a>

In above code, we added onclick parameter to <a> tag. This will enable Page link to carry multiple function. One is default HTML hyperlinking function and another is any javascript function. OnClick is event loader, i.e. when any part of the object between this tag, <a>, is clicked new event will be loaded which will be predefined.

In simple terms, it will load two different links.

Try the above code and play with it.

Not only can two you open unlimited number of different pages just by single click by applying this javascript tweak.
<a href=”#link1″ onclick=”window.open(‘#link2′); window.open(‘#link3′)”>Page link </a>
You can open multipage using the above pattern.

Hope this tutorial was helpful...

Test Any Programming Language Code Without Software Development Kit

If you really want to go in-depth of PHP programming, you’ll probably have to install PHP server either in your PC or some external server. If you want to practice java, then you’ll have to download its Software Development Kit (SDK). Similarly, you’ll need Turbo C or similar platform to test your first C program.

It is ok if you just want to learn C programming and download Turbo C or Borland C. But if you just want to test a simple program about PHP or Python or anything you are not familiar with then what would you do? Obviously there won’t be any option than downloading the SDK to your hard drive and fill up your disk just to test a simple program which you don’t want it again.

In this case, I guess I can help you at some extent. Because downloading and installing Software Development Kit is really a time consuming.  Imagine how large SDK installation file you will download just to test a Hello Word program.
Have you ever wished such online compiler or interpreter for your simple programming test?

Codepad is such a online tool that will do a job as your SDK would have.

See how it easily interprets a simple PHP echo code:

And here is the clean output:

Using Codepad.org interface is very easy and good thing is that it’s free.

Code or paste your program code in the text input field. Choose the right programming language available at the left  and click on Submit button.

Alternatively, you can choose Private Checkbox to make your programming code confidential.

Codepad actually allows you to share the programming code with working live action in the link page.  This means that you can easily share your programming works with your friends easily. Upon submittion of the code, you’ll get the code and output in next screen.

Not only it interprets the code but also shows error found.

If you are a programmer who thinks that you are still learning and will always be learning then this tool might come handy for you. A group of programmers and students can also benefit from codepad for their project or college assignments.

How To Hack Windows Password

There are many ways to break windows passwords, I will show you how do do it with Cain & Abel v2.0. Just follow steps below.

1) Download Cain & Abel v2.0 from this Link and install it.

2)Start Cain

3)Click on Cracker tab , on the left choose LM & NTLM Hashes and click on + sign icon on toolbar then Dump NT Hashes from Local machine.

4)Next

5)After this will appear windows accounts , right click on account you want to break password and choose type of attack , in this example I chose brute force attack. Brute force actually means to start with a letter a and encrypting it. Then see if the encrypted strings match. If not then b, c, … until we’ve gotten to admin. Then the encrypted strings will match and we’ll know that is the right password. Brute force attack is the slowest method of cracking, but there is no risk that you’ll not find the password. The thing about brute force is that the time of cracking rises rapidly depending on how long the password is, how many characters are being used in it and so forth.

I hope this tutorial has helped, if something isn´t clear , don’t be afraid to ask questions to me!

2 Online Cross Browser Testing Tools [Test Your Website on Multiple Browsers]

Today any website, a web service or any web application you design is expected to be compatible with the browsers like Opera, Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox apart from the Internet Explorer or even Netscape navigator. When it comes to testing your website rendering on multiple browsers – the terms to keep in mind is “Cross Browser Testing”.
Cross-browser testing ensures that a web object (for example – a website, web service, scripts, HTML code snippets) renders or loads with all versions of all browsers properly, thereby delivering consistent user experience. When you try to check the ability of the web program to run on any browser, you subject it to ‘Cross-browser testing’. Many tools, plug-ins and even online apps are used for Cross-browser testing. There are both Free and Paid available for the same. In this article, i am going to introduce you to two interesting applications that let you do cross-browser testing of websites easily without you having to install anything on your computer.

1. Browserling

Quite an appealing interface with simple workings that lets you Test the ‘cross-browser’ compatibility of any website right from your browser

2 Online Cross Browser Testing Tools [Test Your Website Rendering on Multiple=
  • Start testing your website for Cross-browser compatibility in three easy steps.  That too  with all the versions of IE, Netscape navigator, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Chrome browsers
    • Surf to www.browserling.com, type a website in the ‘text box’ at the top, pick the browser and its version and hit Go.
    • Once done, what you see is a fully interactive website where you can practically do anything like click on any link in the website, do a search etc.,
    • Amidst testing, you can also switch to any version of the same or a different browser.
How Browserling works?
The browserling team hosts all the browsers from the super fast Windows VMs (Virtual Machines). You just interact with these browsers via a Graphical Web console provided by browserling. As you type in, the keyboard and the mouse data goes to their servers and the graphical frame buffer is output to you. No installation of plug- ins needed.

Pricing
To use this wonderful service, all you need is to create an account. When you do that, you get 10 minutes session on the browsers. If you do not want to sign in, you get a 5-minute session.
Wish to have unlimited browsing sessions?  Take up the only plan available called ‘Developer plan @ 20$/month.

2. Spoon

Spoon, one of the pioneers in application virtualization and cloud computing technologies, is the repository of thousands of lightweight plug-ins that you can install from the web (no installs needed) that facilitate testing of applications instantly and easily.

2 Online Cross Browser Testing Tools [Test Your Website Rendering on Multiple=

Among its several apps, cross-browser testing tool is one that helps you to check your website’s compatibility on several popular browser versions like Safari, Chrome, Opera and Mozilla Firefox for free.
  • Run your website from within Spoon.net to pin down compatibility issues and make better comparisons of browser hassle free.
  • Click on any version of a browser that will take you the dedicated page of the browser version that lays out the specifics of that browser.
  • Click on ‘Launch Now Spoon’  plug-in to carry out the testing
There are a plenty of cross-browser testing tools but some are just not affordable. Some lack great features and are just used to test the IE browser alone. Browserling and Spoon are cost effective for their good services.  A glitch is that it looks like Spoon.net has no support for Internet Explorer browsers as of now. One can expect this to roll out soon, as no doubt, IE is one of the widely used browsers.  For Browserling, it is still in the Beta version and one can imagine a lot more of features coming in the final version. Mac OS support is missing right now in Browserling. In addition, we hope that these tools bring in some features like testing on: various OS/Browser combos, email clients, better speed and longer free sessions.

7 Best Android GPS Apps

Now a days GPS system is very helpful apps with help of this app we can find anything we can’t be able to search, We can locate our friend if it’s ever lost or stolen.Below are some of the location based apps.
With great advancement the technology is developing day by day and with great advancement the more new apps are originating day by day and some of the new apps with you may be all the geeks are very well familiar. But today I want to review some of the Best GPS apps which are listed below.

Best Android GPS Apps

There are hundreds of GPS applications availablre in the market for Android phone but here we compiled some best GPS apps for your Android Phones.

Google Maps Navigation

Google Maps with navigation is available for Android 1.6 and higher. This suite has proven itself and is currently the most popular GPS app for Android 1.6 users and above. It includes many features that no other GPS apps are able to provide, such as Street View and Satellite views.

Loopt- Android GPS Apps

Loopt users can share their location between carrier networks with fellow Loopt users on AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Boost, MetroPCS and T-Mobile. The Android version offers all the core Loopt features including background location updating which enables users to receive alerts when a friend is nearby. Users can also switch between map modes for a satellite view of their friend map or to monitor traffic delays. Beyond sharing their location and status information with friends via phones, Loopt users can also easily share their information with popular Web services such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter or personal blogs and Web sites.

Glympse – Android GPS Apps

Glympse uses the T-Mobile G1’s GPS to find your location, then lets you send a link with that location to a friend, family member, business associate and so on. When the intended recipient receives the link, they can click on it to open a dynamic map that displays your location in real-time. Rather than being yet another social network that you have to fill out a profile for, invite friends, and all the other usual hassles, Glympse requires no registration or login. And friends are temporary. You can choose to allow your location to be seen for a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours which drastically simplifies the user privacy process.

Locale – Android GPS Apps

This is the clever kind of app that I love. It uses your location to adjust settings on the phone. It might seem a little confusing at first, but you can program your phone to perform certain functions when you get to predefined locations. For example – You can set the phone to remind you to charge your battery when you walk through your front door. You can set the phone to go switch to silent mode as soon as you arrive at the cinema. The list is endless and you can configure it to do exactly what you want. Shame this is only available for Android.

Places Directory- Android GPS Apps

As the name implies, Places Directory allows you to browse nearby places in categories like Restaurants, Movie Theaters, Hotels and Banks. You’ll see distance and directions to the destination, and if you tap on the listing, we’ll show ratings and photos. You can also call the business or view its location on Google Maps.

CoPilot- Android GPS Apps

If you do a lot of traveling and often travel off your planned routes CoPilot is for you. CoPilot’s software works on maps that are downloaded to the SD card on the phone. The larger storage of a SD card allows you to fit the maps for all of North America on the phone. CoPilot also has a nice interface that is easy to use while driving. If you are used to a conventional GPS system like a Garmin, CoPilot is the closest you will come in terms on interface. I also prefer the voice alerts much better on CoPilot than on Google Maps. Copilot does everything you need in a GPS app, even thought it may not include some of the fancier features like Street View.

Wisepilot- Android GPS Apps

7 Best Android GPS Apps

WisePilot is another GPS app for Android. Honestly I feel this app doesn’t set itself apart from any of the other GPS apps enough to justify a $69.95 per year price tag. Yes, it does get you to point to point. It does have points of interest and voice alerts, but so do the free apps along with CoPilot. The one thing that it does do, is it lets you manage all your routes online. This can be a very nice feature if you are planning a trip. You can map out an entire trip from start to finish, including places to eat and the gas stations you will have to stop at, all on their website.
